Booking Conditions

• Bookings will not be confirmed or dates held until a 50% deposit is received.
•  2 night minimum . Long weekends and public holidays may require longer stays or have special loadings applied. Guests will be advised of applicable tariff prior to making a reservation.
• Standard check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check-out is 12 noon unless otherwise advised by Yendalloch.
• Yendalloch is not responsible if the chosen accommodation does not ‘meet’ the expected style of accommodation required.
•• It is the guests responsibility to read all terms and conditions of their booking.
• Yendalloch will not be held responsible for failure of utilities and essential services such as electricity and water should it cease to function.
   However should any such events be made known to Yendalloch, every attempt will be made by Yendalloch to contact the appropriate authorities to report such incidences.
• At Time of booking guests are requested to specify the number of guests and bedrooms to be used. If extra guests or bedrooms are used Yendalloch reserves the right to apply additional charges.
•Any damage caused by pets will be charged to guests.
• Whilst we will make every effort to provide you with the accommodation described  Yendalloch must reserve the right to amend, vary or cancel any booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Yendalloch reserves the right to cancel a booking at any stage.
• Strict policies apply -
• Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival may incur an administration charge of 15% of total tariff
• Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the full deposit or 50% of the total tariff.
. Cancellations notified  7 days or less prior to  arrival will forfeit the full tariff
• Refunds are not possible on ancillary bookings cancelled or varied 7 days or less prior to the date of the service. (e.g. hampers, massages, spas, restaurants)
• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended, in particular for both medical and cancellation coverage
• Packages booked, eg: massages, restaurants, spas, flowers, hampers etc must be paid in full within 7 days prior to arrival and will not be refunded if cancelled or varied 7 days or less prior to the date of service.


Responsibilities
• While Yendalloch takes great care in representing our properties as accurately as possible, we cannot accept liability for any act, neglect or fault or for loss, damage, expense, accident or inconvenience whether to property or person as a consequence of services provided by Yendalloch or operators.
• Guests are reminded that they are responsible for the security of their belongings.
• Please ensure your accommodation premises is secure when not occupied.
• Guests will be held responsible for breakages, damages and losses incurred during their stay
• For your own protection and safety when using wood fires please exercise special care and ensure that they are left in a safe condition when unattended or when leaving premises.
• Upon vacating make sure all heating, electric blankets, appliances, burners and lights turned OFF and doors and windows secured.
